Save your recovery code
Your recovery code restores your credits and unlocks your encrypted chats on any device.

Open it
Menu → Recovery code, or click Save recovery code in the top bar.

Copy or download it
Copy it, or download it as a text file. Keep it somewhere safe and offline.

Confirm
Tick the box to say you've saved it. The reminder in the top bar goes away.
Treat it like a seed phrase
Anyone with the code can use your credits and read your backed-up chats. Never share it.
