Failed answers

If an answer fails, the reserved credits are released automatically. You're never charged for an answer you didn't get.

Wrong or partial payments

If you send less or more than an invoice asks for, you're credited in proportion at the invoice's price, once the payment has 3 confirmations. A payment sent after the price window closes is still credited at that price.

Refunds of paid credits

During the beta, contact us privately through the project's GitHub if a payment went wrong. Shielded payments don't reveal a return address, so a refund needs one from you, and we can only refund credits that haven't been spent.
