ZCode has no accounts. Your browser makes two secrets: an access key that identifies your credits, and a backup key that encrypts your chats and never leaves your device. Your recovery code carries both.
What it unlocks
- Your credits, on any device.
- Your encrypted chat backup, decrypted locally.
- Nothing else: your ZEC stays in your own wallet, under its own seed phrase.

Keep it like a seed phrase
Write it down or save the file somewhere safe and offline. Don't paste it into chats or emails. If you lose it and every device you use ZCode on, nobody can recover your session.
